Our Philosophy
It is extremely difficult to be a successful investor which is why very few people achieve it. Building sufficient knowledge takes a lot of hard work and dedication over many years. There is no "fast-track" route.
Having ‘enough’ experience is equally important, and that’s why we often consult with wise heads that have lived through both major Bull and Bear markets. Our investment advice philosophy is based upon a few key principles:
- Knowledge. Only with a deep understanding of the variety of issues that influence an investment decision can we expect to deliver succesful investment advice. In-depth research and analysis is the foundation of a sound investment strategy.
- Focus. Whilst many IFAs may recommend a widely diversified portfolio, we take the view that only by focussing on a few key areas that have the best potential returns can a succesful investment strategy be created. In the same way, we avoid those areas that we consider to be risky, or lack potential.
- Shared Interest. We align our interest with that of our clients by charging performance related fees. We accept no commission from third parties and only charge fees based on the profits you make.
