ATW Gold Corp: Name Change to Redhill Resources Corp
ATW Gold Corp, (TSX VENTURE:ATW) has announced that effective January 14, 2011 the Company's new name will be Redhill Resources Corp. The common shares of Redhill Resources Corp. will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange and the common shares of ATW Gold Corp. will be delisted.
The Company will trade under the new symbol RHR: TSX-V.
There is no consolidation of capital.
