Bravo Ventures 'Spin Out' & Name change
On the 12 February 2010 Bravo announced a 'Spin Out'. Each Bravo client received 1 new share of Bravada Gold for every 10 Bravo shares they hold. Bravada is not yet listed on the TSX-V Exchange and as such these shares are not yet showing on client portfolios.
Bravo Ventures has also changed its name to Bravo Gold Corp.
