Farallon Mining Completion of Compulsory Aquisition
Farallon Mining Ltd. ("Farallon") (TSX:FAN) has announced that Nyrstar Canada (Holdings) Ltd has completed its Compulsory Acquisition of Farallon shares at a price of $0.80 in cash.
Farallon has been delisted from the stock exchange.
