Gammon Gold Inc. Name Change to AuRico Gold Inc.
Gammon Gold Inc, (TSX:GAM) has announced that effective June 14, 2011 the Company's new name will be AuRico Gold Inc. The common shares of AuRico Gold Inc. will commence trading on the TSX Exchange and the common shares of Gammon Gold Inc. will be delisted.
The Company will trade under the new symbol AUQ:TSX.
There is no consolidation of capital.
