Palladon Ventures Share Consolidation
Palladon Ventures Ltd has announced that the company is to implement a share consolidation of all of its issued and outstanding common shares on the basis of one post-consolidation share for every ten pre-consolidation shares. This will be effective at the market opening on February 8th 2011, following the completion of the consolidation the company will have approximately 27,395,556 Shares issued and outstanding.
