Red Back Mining Takeover by Kinross Gold
On the 17th September Kinross Gold took over all outstanding shares of Red Back Mining. Shareholders received for every one Red Back Mining share held 1.778 of a Kinross Gold share plus 0.11 Kinross Gold warrant for every Red Back Mining share held. Each warrant can be exercised anytime up to 17th September 2014 at a price of US$21.30.
