On the 13th May 2010 Sandstorm Resources Ltd (stock code SSL) and Sandstorm Metals & Energy Ltd. (stock code SND) announced the Spin-out was complete. Each holder of Sandstorm Resources stock will receive 1 share in Sandstorm Metals for every 35 shares held in Sandstorm Resources.
