SNS Precious Metals name change and reverse stock split
On the 7th October 2010 SNS Precious Changed name to Gold Finder Explorations Ltd. The company has consolidated its capital and has applied a 1 for 10 reverse stock split.
Effective at the opening, Friday, Oct. 8, 2010, the common shares of Gold Finder Explorations Ltd. will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange and the common shares of SNS Precious Metals Inc. will be delisted. The new stock code is GFN
