Unbridled Energy Corp delisting, Name change to Altima Resources Ltd
Effective from the close of business on 12 February 2010 the common shares of Unbridled Energy Corp will be delisted from the TSX Venture Exchange. The delisting of the company’s shares result from Altima Resources Ltd purchases 100 per cent of the company’s shares.
Under the Arrangement, each one common share of Unbridled is being exchanged for one common share of Altima.
