Western Copper name change & Spin Out
Following a Plan of Arrangement Western Copper has changed its name to Western Copper & Gold Corp and a spin out has taken place into two companies Copper North Mining & Northisle Copper & Gold.
Shareholders of Western Copper will receive one half of a common share of both Copper North & Northisle.
